2. Ivorian of Ivorian | Lakh in Senegal | Dakere Cameroon
The Ivorian Dug or called Lahk in Senegal is a traditional dessert based on millet and curding milk . It is much appreciated everywhere in West Africa. Even in Cameroon too, when you go to a northern restaurant, there is a strong chance that you find the daker on the menu. This is what is called this dessert in the country.
So here the millet flour is rolled, see mixed with water to obtain the Thiacry . (medium grain millet).

It's just a millet porridge. Still called “ Coco Baka ” in Côte d'Ivoire, “ founded ” in Senegal , “Moni” in Mali . Or “ Hausa Koko ” in Ghana. Here we use the “ARAW” to make the porridge. The porridge dependent on countries can be a little spicy because adds ginger, pepper and even a little chili sometimes in the recipe

Mil couscous is highly appreciated in the Sahel region. For example in Senegal, among the Sérères (Senegalese ethnicity), millet couscous is generally prepared on Fridays.
