I decided to make you easier the task by offering you flat ideas for your cheap Christmas menu , since life has become super expensive in this year 2024. What Christmas menu for this year 2024?
Look for a Christmas menu, is not always easy. But when I was little, I loved this task. My mother let us think about a Christmas and New Year menu . It was then an opportunity to look for the recipes that we were not used to cooking normally in the year .. lol

1-Salade of original pasta with Mayo-Easy & Quick!
An idea of cold entry for your festival menus, it is simply an easy and very fast original pasta salad . This recipe reminds me too much of Macedonia that my mom liked to make during the holidays in the country!

For an economic Christmas, think of the fruit! 5. Mayo chicken from the DRC
After the small starters, let's now go to the main dish of our menu!
Direction the DRC with this “African” mayonnaise chicken recipe . So the Mayo chicken is simply well -seasoned chicken cooked/ toasted first on wood fire. Then the cooking ends in a foil . So we add the onions to the grilled chicken, pepper, chili, mayonnaise before closing everything together for the 2nd part of cooking.
