For this recipe, the ideal would really be to find organic, pure pineapple and extract its juice . If you find so much the better 😊
Otherwise you can also buy pineapple juice in supermarkets . But reassure since the juice is 100% natural. I couldn't find a natural juice as I wanted. So I took the pineapple canned to extract the juice myself (I know it's not the best solution 🙈).
I had never bought canned pineapple, but hey as for the recipe, I didn't need a lot of juice. I was why not 😅? But to be honest the "pineapple" taste was not really pronounced, prohabling I will make the effort to take organic natural juice!

- 250 grams of flour
- 1 Good pinch of salt
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 Soup spoon of soft butter
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 100 gram of sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla aroma
- ½ tsp. to food coloring cafe

- Mix the flour, bicarbonate, salt, sugar and butter together
