How to make millet pancakes: a gluten-free breakfast!
The recipe is very simple and unbeatable. I assure you that everyone can reproduce it without problem! So you have no excuse not to try it! Here, I made the proportions of a person, but you can double the measurements if you want to make more😊
A super easy recipe!
It is made from a banana and millet flour , good as its name already suggests 😆, but in addition it will be necessary to add the egg , a little milk , here I use the soy milk vanilla perfume! Miamm This milk changes the taste 😋 too much and baking powder . No sugar needed ! You can add honey disappointed at the end, if you wish. There you go, all you have to do is mix the ingredients together, like this 👇🏾
And then go to frying. The recipe is very simple , isn't it true? You see that I was right!
Here, I served my pancakes with honey, a little Kinkelibali tea , a glass homemade orange juice seasonal fruit , happiness what 😋😋
For the Kinkelibal tea , I just boil the leaves with the ginger and the lemongrass. For orange juice, I just extracted the juice without adding anything else.
Like other fruits, I bought watermelon, kiwi and blueberry. Well, these are the fruits of the season now, it is not necessarily my favorite fruits 😅 If I was in Cameroon, I would buy papaya and mango, ooh my god, these are my two favorite fruits, and I miss it so much here, these fruits do not have the same taste 😥
Some millet benefits:
MIL is a cereal that grows in West Africa. She is part of the same family as sorghum and fonio. She has so many benefits, she is rich in protein, vitamin B, minerals ... In short, I decided to devote the next article only to Mil. I have to tell you about this cereal in detail ☝🏾. Unfortunately, I did not grow up by consuming this cereal, since it is consumed generally in northern Cameroon, and then I grew up in Yaoundé and I did not even have Muslim neighbors 😅. So it's only now that I try to integrate it into my diet.
This is the first millet -based recipe on the blog , and many other small recipes with this cereal will follow ... I assure you
In the meantime, I wish you a good appetite and do not hesitate to tell me in the comments if you tried this recipe 😊. And if you love the pancakes, here is another recipe that you will surely like: pancake with cassava flour

Hello Cita, I think you can add the half-ecrémé milk without a problem. For bananas, it's just to add more taste. If you are not very fan of bananas, you can leave too. It's up to you to see! And thank you beautiful for your comment
Hello I love African Cusisner. But why add a banana. Can we use half-skimmed milk.
Thank you and good luck
