Already last week, I offered you a recipe for fish with red peppers from Nigeria super easy to make. Here is another recipe almost similar than that, except that here instead of crushing the majority of vegetables, we will rather cut them all to make a small sauce.

No need to panic lol .. everyone can reproduce this recipe easily by following the steps. It's super simple and so good I assure you . For this recipe, I used carp. But you can also use another fish that you liked!
Sautéed fish recipe
The fish is first seasoned, then we let marinate a few hours before returning fry . After the frying, you jump the fish in many onions and cut peppers. To which we still add crushed aromatic spices such as parsley/ basil, garlic and other. If you want it, you can add some cut tomatoes , but in this recipe I made it without tomatoes, and it's always so delicious.
The fried fish given that it is made to boil for a few moments, still releases its perfume, which is used directly to enhance the sauce. And even if during the frying the edges are not well golden, and well cooked. During this step, the fish will really take time to cook well in depth
The fish is finally directly served with its small vegetable sauce and you can accompany this dish with plantain fries as I did here
