We want to guarantee your satisfaction during your purchases on our shop. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have the possibility of requesting a return or a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Returns and reimbursements are accepted only for eligible products.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
2. Products eligible for return
We accept feedback for:
- Unprecedented, unused products, and in their original packaging.
- Defective or damaged products during delivery.
Exclusions:
- Perishable products (such as food or drinks) cannot be returned, except in the event of a defect or damage noted.
- Personalized or tailor -made products are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.

- If your request is approved, we will provide you with the instructions for the return.
- The products must be returned to their original state, accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Defective products or error on our part : We will cover the return costs.
- Change of opinion : The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will inform you of the approval or refusal of your reimbursement:
- If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited on your initial payment method within 5 to 10 working days .
- Initial delivery costs are not refundable, except in the event of a defective product or error on our part.
