How to do pumpkin pancakes and chocolate chips?
Ingredients
for pumpkin pancakes with chocolate chips, you will need the basic ingredients for pancakes, with the addition of pumpkin puree and chocolate chips.
Here are some notes on key ingredients:
- Pumpkin puree : You can use pumpkin puree purchased in store or homemade store. I did my homemade puree. It's very easy, I will give you the steps below.
- Milk : This recipe requires whole milk, or vegetable milk, or you can replace it with fermented milk (Babeurre). I used soy vanilla perfume milk. It was really delicious too.

Pumpkin pancake recipe
I have already shared a recipe for pancakes on this blog. The recipe is just as easy. The principle is practically the same: the dry ingredients are mixed in a bowl ,
And in another bowl the liquid ingredients.
Then, at the end, we mix everything together. Easy right?
Variations of pancakes
Try these variations with this recipe:
- Pumpkin pancakes without chocolate chips : just omit chocolate chips. You will get soft and delicious pumpkin pancakes, with a little less calories.
- Banan E : Replace the pumpkin puree with the same amount of crushed bananas. The recipe is on the blog.
- Apple pancakes : Replace the pumpkin puree with a cup of grated apples to make apple pancakes.
- Complete wheat pancakes : Replace the ordinary flour with full wheat flour to make full wheat pancakes.
Pancakes tips:
- The pancakes are ready to be returned when the edges are firm and bubbles form on top.
- Always adjust the heat correctly when cooking pancakes. An average heat is a good starting point. If the heat is too high, the pancakes will brown too quickly and will remain raw inside. So make sure that the heat is not too strong. They should cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- Use a non -stick pan or grill, and add butter only for the first batch. After that, you can cook the pancakes without adding oil or butter each time.
Thank you for reading this article until the end! Do not hesitate to save it on Pinterest and try it later. They are really delicious, I assure you!
