- 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲: Like potatoes
- 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝘁: Whether ripe plantain or not, it's just as delicious
- 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿: on the braised or in an oven

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻?
You can ripen the green plantains by keeping them at room temperature and out of direct sunlight . Turn them daily. It will take 7 to 10 days for green plantains to mature completely. If you are not ready to use them when they have reached the desired maturity stadium, you can peel them and freeze them up to three months.
