Attiéke fried chicken: easy recipe
For chicken lovers, here is another simple and fast recipe that I am sure that you will love, it is simply fried chicken served with Autieke

Instructions
Make the marinade: crush the onion, chilli, a few branches of parsley, green pepper, garlic and ginger. Crush very little water
After having crushed, add a little oil, salt and pepper to the marinade
Wash the chicken well and pour the marinade over to mix well
Leave to macerate in the fridge at night
The next day, boil the chicken with very little water, and the onion + cut pepper
After about 20 minutes drain the chicken
Fry the chicken in a little oil and to grill each side until having a brown coloring
Heat the Attieke 2 min in the microwave with 1 tablespoon of water. And it's ready!
Serve with a small spicy sauce or mayo
