Ingredients
1kgof chicken thigh
2tsp.mustard
1tsp.concentrated tomato
50mlof water
1Large onions or 2 small strips in strips
½onion for the marinade
2diced tomatoes
4garlic cloves
1pepper
a little ginger
Some branches of parsley
saltpepper
for apples
4- 5apples
saltpepper
1tsp.teaspoon
1tsp.oil
Instructions
Crush the ginger garlic, ½ onion, parsley. pepper and divide into 2
In a pot, add the chicken, crushed condiment, mustard, salt, pepper
Dilute the concentrated tomato in water and add to the chicken
Mix well and prevail the chicken for 10 minutes
Meanwhile, peel your apples and dice
Season the apples with salt, pepper, thyme and oil.
In a baking sheet, add the cut onions (keep a small part)
Place the chicken pieces without the cooking juices on the onions, also add the potatoes. Brush everything with the rest of the marinade, salt and pepper still if necessary. The oven must be in grill mode
Halfway through cooking, so after about 30 minutes, bring out the chicken, add the rest of the cut onion, the cut tomatoes
Re-enfourner the chicken and allow to grill more than 15 minutes approximately
Get out of the oven and it's ready. Enjoy your food
