The Baobab juice recipe is super easy. And it's such a beneficial drink for our health. You should first know that the baobab is either sold in powder, or directly in pulp, therefore in fruit. So there are two main ways to make your juice.

Baobab juice with powder
250gramsof baobab powder
1.5literof water
Some mint leaves
100-150grof honey or 100 gr of sugaraccording to your convenience
juice with pulp
1literof water
500gramsof pulp
100gramsof sugaraccording to your convenience
Instructions
With powder
Gradually add the baobab powder to water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Put the mixture in fire
As soon as it starts to boil it must be turned off directly. Add the mint leaves and infuse 2 to 3 hours
Let cool completely, and filter
Add the sugar or honey
Fresh at least for 1 hour and serve cold with ice cubes! You can add the milk to a part of your drink to dilute
with the pulp
Pour the Baobab pulp into boiling water.
Then, stir continuously with a whip, so that the flesh of the fruit can completely detach
Sift and add the sugar at the end
Fresh at least for 1 hour and serve cold with ice cubes!
Notes
You can mix your juice with a little orange blossom water, just to add a bit of perfume, if you have not used mint.Do not invest yourself if there are lumps of the 1st method during the mixture. Over time, they will disappear
