Ingredients
3Plantains too ripe
1teaspoonof ginger
1spoon withpowdered garlic
1 Onion
Pepper
100gramsof wheat flour
Frying oil
Instructions
Peel the plantains and cut into small pieces
Add an onion, then crush with a blender
Then add the flour, salt, pepper, garlic and ginger and mix well.
In a hollow pan, add oil for frying. Leave to heat for about 3-5 minutes, but be careful not to heat too long.
With a small spoon, divide the dough into small quantities to fry
Stir every 2 minutes until you get a beautiful golden color
