300grof FUFU MIX flour
400-450mlof water
4plantains
½tbspof turmeric for the optional color
A pinch of salt
Instructions
Peel the branches of plantains and remove the black environment
Boil the plantain with water and turmeric
After about 15 min, separate the cooking water from the plantains. Reserve the cooking water for later
Crush the plantains with a little water until you get a homogeneous smooth paste without any pieces of plantain inside. Since we are going to cook the flour with water too. The amount of water you will use here to crush the plantain anyway. The most important thing is that you get a puree
Put the Plantains puree to fire, and overturn the flour by Decu. Stir continuously by adding the cooking water of the plantains little by little
When plantain and flour have mixed well. Close and cook for about 2 to 3 min
Then continue to stir until you get a homogeneous paste. Or you do like me, you brown the mass obtained in a blender. Let the food processor do the work, until the dough is smooth and here
Shape your balls using a Talie and its little pestle.
Serve with clear sauce or seed sauce . Enjoy your food!
Notes
You can also crush the plantain bananas with all its cooking water once. Afterwards, when you get a liquid puree. You can continue cooking to the heat by adding the flour. So you will no longer need to add the water little by little during cooking
