Remove the scales from the fish. If you use goldfish, rinse the fish well with half a lemon to remove the smell, cut it into pieces and put it in a bowl.

Mix well, cover and put in the refrigerator to leave to marinate for at least an hour or all night. If you don't have time it doesn't matter
After an hour, take out the fish. Remove the fish and pour the liquid in another bowl. Keep this liquid
Meanwhile, fry the fish until it is brown, ensuring that the interior is well cooked.
