Nokoss

The Nokoss is a green seasoning or an African marinade is in a Senegalese way. The Nokoss is not only used to enhance the taste of our dishes during cooking, but it also allows the meat or fish to marinate for grills.
Preparation time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 parsley boot
  • 1 GOLD POVER
  • 1 pepper or more
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 1 Green chives or onion
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp of oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ Optional red pepper

Instructions

  • Clean all your ingredients well
    Green seasoning
  • Crush or pound or chop all the ingredients together
  • Add a little oil, and season with salt and pepper
  • And that's it! You have nokoss ready for use. Use a glass jar to keep cool
