Dip the beans the day before or minimum 2 hours before cooking.
Boil the beans, with salt. The cooking water must be sufficiently salty. If you don't have a pressure cooker, cooking will be at least 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the apples.
Then drain the beans and keep your cooking water. In the same pot, add the potatoes, and the cooking water from the beans.
Still salt if necessary.
After about 20 min, check the cooking of the apples using a fork. If the apples crush easily, which they are cooked, pour the excess cooking water and allow to dry over the heat for 1 min.

and crushed peppers. Simmer about 10 min
Mix well together and start has crushed.
