Ingredients
6tsp.cornflour
3tsp.wheatflour
1tsp. chemical
1tsp. bakingsoda
2Ripe plantains
2Eggs
3tsp. sugar
3tsp.vegetableoil
1tsp. salt

100chocolate
Instructions
Peel and crush the plantains using a fork
In a bowl, add the plantains, then add the flours, sugar, yeast, bicarbonate and salt. Then stir
Then add the eggs, the oil and stir at least for 8 minutes
Finally add the vanilla aroma, and the chocolate chips to the dough and mix. Keep a small part of chocolate chips to add at the end, just before baking the muffins
Put the muffins to 180 degrees, and cook for about 20 min.
Plant a knife in the muffin, and if the knife comes out dry. It's that it's ready.
