Pound Cake | four quarters a super easy cake

An ultra easy recipe for cake to make during Christmas. This is simply the four -quarter known also as Pound Cake in the original recipe, we used that 4 flour ingredients, sugar, butter, equal eggs, which each represent a quarter.

Ingredients

  • 180 grams of butter
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 180 Grams of soft butter
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 and ½ Coffee of baking powder
  • ½ Café de sel
  • vanilla flavor or lemon zest to flavor

Instructions

  • Mix the soft butter and sugar at least for 2 minutes well. You should get a paste

  • In another bowl, sift the yeast with flour and salt together. The goal here is that all 3 ingredients are well mixed

Notes

Here I will present you a slightly revisited version of the recipe, because I find that personally put 250 grams of butter and sugar in a cake is super fat. So I decrease the amount of sugar and butter, but you see if you want to do normally with 250 grams for each ingredients
