Meat bread or Meatloaf is a perfect dish as an evening meal. It's so tasty and above all very easy to make. The dish is mainly composed of minced meat and spices, baked in a bread mold and topped with a sauce over it!

  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • 1 grated average onion
  • ¼ Finely cut green pepper
  • a few branches of celery cut very finely
  • 5 chopped garlic cloves
  • 500 grams of chopped beef
  • A few branches of chopped parsley
  • 3 good tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh or dry thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or paprika
  • Salt and seasoning cube (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of African pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of African spicy sauce
  • 180 ml of milk

  • 1 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius. This ensures that your meat bread cooked evenly and gets this perfect crust outside.
