I even remember that when I was little, the fried chicken never lacks in my mother's menu for the Christmas meal. Besides, even when I was going to eat with friends whether Christmas or New Year's day, there was almost always fried chicken on the table .. lol
Easy chicken fried recipe
The recipe does not require many ingredients, and that's what's great . Few ingredients, simple and good. I will show you the ingredients I used to get this result, but if you want you can use other spices that you like.

Attiéke fried chicken: easy recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg of chicken thigh
- 1 GOLD POVER
- 1 onion
- some branches of parsley
- 1 pepper
- salt pepper
- 3 garlic cloves
- a little ginger
- water
- oil

- ½ GOLD POVER
Instructions
- Make the marinade: crush the onion, chilli, a few branches of parsley, green pepper, garlic and ginger. Crush very little water
- After having crushed, add a little oil, salt and pepper to the marinade
- Wash the chicken well and pour the marinade over to mix well
- Leave to macerate in the fridge at night
- The next day, boil the chicken with very little water, and the onion + cut pepper
- After about 20 minutes drain the chicken
- Fry the chicken in a little oil and to grill each side until having a brown coloring
- Heat the Attieke 2 min in the microwave with 1 tablespoon of water. And it's ready!
- Serve with a small spicy sauce or mayo
