Plantain banana muffins

A delicious muffin recipe made with corn flour, plantains and chocolate. 
6 -muffin servings
Preparation time 15 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tsp. corn flour
  • 3 tsp. wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. chemical
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 Ripe plantains
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 3 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Vanilla
  • 100 chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Peel and crush the plantains using a fork
  • In a bowl, add the plantains, then add the flours, sugar, yeast, bicarbonate and salt. Then stir
  • Then add the eggs, the oil and stir at least for 8 minutes
  • Finally add the vanilla aroma, and the chocolate chips to the dough and mix. Keep a small part of chocolate chips to add at the end, just before baking the muffins
  • Put the muffins to 180 degrees, and cook for about 20 min.
  • Plant a knife in the muffin, and if the knife comes out dry. It's that it's ready.
  • Accompany muffins with coffee or tea, good appetite
