How to make “Nigerian Peppered Fish”: an easy fish recipe
Step 1: Choose and clean the fish with lemon
To start you have to choose a good fish and clean it well . For the recipe I chose a goldfish that I like, but I'm not sure what it is called in French. But otherwise I heard that there are some fish that are good for frying.

Step 2: Make the marinade
If you have time in front of you, you can marinate the fish a few hours before or the day before . If you don't have one, you can skip this stage of “leaving a marinade”. It's okay! Myself for this recipe, I haven't let a marinate and it was still so good
For fish that have a strong smell, little tip: use lemon to clean and also to do your marinade . Lemon helps absorb the smell. So here I used 1 lemon, which I divided in 2. One part was for the marinade and the other for cleaning
Step 3: Grilling Legumes in the oven
Cut the vegetables then grill in the oven before crushing. This step saves time because the amount of water contained in the vegetables dries up. Here, no need for tomatoes . How long to fry the fish
The duration necessary to fry the fish depends on the thickness of the fish. Sometimes you have to fry for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, to repeat if necessary.

Nigerian Peppered Fish (easy pepper fish recipe)
Ingredients
- 3 Pisces
- thyme
- ½ Curry teaspoon

- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Powder pepper according to your taste

- 1 tsp. Paprica smoked in powder
- ½ lemon optional
Legumes to grill in the oven
- 2 gentle red peppers
- 2 red onions
- 1 pepper or more
- No more salt to taste if necessary
Instructions
For fish
- Remove the scales from the fish. If you use goldfish, rinse the fish well with half a lemon to remove the smell, cut it into pieces and put it in a bowl.
- Use the powdered spices if you have them: onon, garlic, curry, cumin, paprica pepper. Otherwise crush your spices with a dry mill. Or in a blender by adding the oil instead instead of the water.
- Add the crushed fish condiments, salt pepper, add the curry powder
- Mix well, cover and put in the refrigerator to leave to marinate for at least an hour or all night. If you don't have time it doesn't matter
- After an hour, take out the fish. Remove the fish and pour the liquid in another bowl. Keep this liquid
- Meanwhile, fry the fish until it is brown, ensuring that the interior is well cooked.
Grill the vegetables
- Meanwhile, coarsely cut the onion and 2 peppers and chilli. Put in the oven in grid mode for 16 to 20 min
