I come back with a very simple and so delicious recipe, a good chicken sandwich easy to make . This recipe has nothing to do with the sandwiches you are used to seeing in fast food and others not!
I decided to do differently and I used a lot of fresh vegetables with a spicy mayonnaise 😋 A killing !!!

This chicken sandwich is therefore ideal for children's snacks at the end of the afternoon or as breakfast in the morning.
How to make a good chicken sandwich?
For this recipe, make the effort to choose really fresh vegetables and buy the chicken breast. This is what makes this sandwich really healthier compared to everything that sells in supermarkets

- A baguette: you can also opt for wholemeal bread
- 1 chicken fillet: The chicken breast is ideal for this recipe.
- Carrots: which I finely grated

- soy sauce
- garlic powder
- A little sugar just to balance the acidity

The recipe is very easy to make. I divide it into 4 parts so that you can easily reproduce it
Part 1: Cooking the chicken
Here I first seasoned my chicken , let marinate about thirty minutes before switching to frying. It is a complicated seasoning. You will just need:
- salt
- pepper
- soy sauce
- Powder garlic.

Part 2: Preparation of vegetables
I finely grated the carrots, cucumber and onion. I have been mixed together with vinegar and I let rest in the refrigerator time for me to finish the recipe. The vinegar will allow the onion to be less spicy to taste
Part 3: Preparation of spicy mayonnaise sauce
No need to break your head. Just mix the ingredients together and voila
Part 4: Assembly
This is the simplest step in the recipe, but did not simplify this step also. Your sandwich must have a good look anyway 😌

- In a bowl, add all the vegetables previously cleaned and cut.
- Add the vinegar and mix well. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator while waiting to finish the recipe
Chicken preparation
- Cut your chicken into a thin strip or a small square to facilitate cooking
- In a bowl, add the well -drained chicken pieces. Then mix the garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, a little finely cut basil and the oil made.
- Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
